Are you ready to step into your power? If you struggle with clearly stating your boundaries (personal or professional) or you often feel trapped by the expectations of others, this gathering is for you. During our intentional time together we will explore the tools necessary to identify what you want, notice your resistance, clearly form & establish boundaries, and consistently honor your truth. It’s time to stop accepting what has been offered. It’s time to start demanding what you need to experience more physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional ease.
Lack of boundaries - whether they be physical, intellectual, emotional or spiritual – depletes our energy centers. Without regulation, renewal and clarity, we can find ourselves giving too much of our time and energy to activities and dynamics that don’t serve us. Most of our exhaustion, stress and anxiety is rooted in our struggle around clear boundaries. Furthermore, many structures and institutions in our society benefit from our lack of boundaries. The easier we are triggered into action without a clear means for keeping ourselves and our PIES safe, the more intense the pull to conform to the status quo and take actions that may not align with our personal values.
In this virtual healing circle we will explore and hold space for the ways in which we currently struggle to set and maintain healthy boundaries for ourselves, and engage in healing practice to address the shame and powerlessness we feel in the face of these challenges. Most importantly, you will learn ways to create and manage health boundaries, allowing you to communicate your needs and desires clearly and succinctly without fear of consequences.
