Each of these people was a powerful leader in a transformative social movement. And each was pushed to the background or silenced to history because of their race, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation.

Cis and trans womxn and femmes of color have always been (and continue to be) critical leaders in our most powerful social movements.  Yet, too often, visionary leaders are marginalized, pushed out or never allowed to develop.

We say no more. We are bringing our stories into the light and lifting up the leadership that has always been there.
