March Virtual Healing Circle: A Clearing Conversation

Life is challenging!! Often we are presented with circumstances and situations, from the simple to the mundane, in which we may not know which direction to take or which decision to make, or circumstances and situations with others that challenge us to the point of leaving us feeling blocked or confused in that relationship. Many of us are conditioned to avoid conflict, even if it means relinquishing relationships or other support structures that we need. This session will provide you with a set of skills that will make addressing conflict so much more rewarding than avoiding it.

A Clearing Conversation is an opportunity to clear all of the thoughts, ideas, and judgements that clutter your mind and make you unclear and confused. In a clearing conversation you get to observe and notice yourself, ask questions of yourself, and get consciously honest with yourself. You begin to see ways in which your unclarity blocks you from moving forward in life.  A clearing conversation can be had to clear an emotional upset in the moment or an issue that has been haunting an individual, group, or community for years. As a result of a clearing conversation: you are 100% present in your life; you experience freedom and aliveness in making decisions; and you have an ability to respond to life's challenges with ease.

Lorraine “Dr. Rain" Warren has been facilitating clearing conversations for several decades with individuals and communities. It is also a practice that she incorporates into her daily life.
